Club Prior (Ages 55+)

  • Club Prior is Prior Lake’s adult resource and recreation center for adults age 55 and older, located inside the Prior Lake Library.
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

The center serves as a welcoming space where older adults can:

  • Connect through social activities and planned events
  • Access health and wellness information
  • Participate in trips and group activities

Club Prior is operated by the City of Prior Lake in close partnership with community organizations.

Volunteer Advisors Wanted

  • Are you an active Club Prior member who wants to make a difference?
  • Become a Volunteer Advisor and help shape future programs, activities, and offerings.

What to expect

  • Meet monthly with Club Prior staff
  • Meetings held the first Tuesday of each month
  • 3:00–4:00 PM

Memory Café with Dementia Caregiver Support Group

Club Prior is proud to be teaming up with NorBella/Lifespark Senior Living and Senior Community Services to offer a monthly “Memory Café”.

Memory Cafés offer different activities each month, providing a positive experience for older adults with memory loss (or other types of dementia) and their caregivers.

While care receivers participate in the activity, caregivers may attend a support group facilitated by a licensed social worker.

The Memory Café is open to the community so if you know anyone who would benefit from attending, please feel free to invite them.
