Cardio, Strength, and Balance

Join us for a safe and effective full-body workout designed for active adults. This class focuses on enhancing your cardiovascular health, building functional strength, and improving your balance to help you stay active and independent. We'll use a variety of tools, including light handheld weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. All exercises can be done seated or standing, with a chair available for support whenever needed.
