City-Hall-shoppedThe Prior Lake City Hall (above) and Police Station are an important part of downtown, incorporating the downtown look and a thematic link between the lake, Lakefront Park and downtown and will be a source of community pride for the next 50 years or longer.

The departments in City Hall that receive the most foot traffic, such as Utility Billing, are situated on the ground floor along with the Council Chambers and three of eight conference rooms available for public use. The other five conference rooms are located on the upper or lower level. We welcome and encourage community use of the meeting room facilities by Prior Lake citizens. Read and complete the Meeting Room Request Brochure or call (952) 447-9800.

Prior Lake's older adult activity center – Club Prior – shares space with the Prior Lake Library. It is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The 6,000-square-foot center is used for social activities for all ages, but mainly serves as a place where seniors meet, participate in planned events and activities, get information on health and wellness and organize trips.

The center, while the responsibility of the City, operates in close cooperation with many community partners. Visit Club Prior's webpage to find programs and activities.
