Minnesota Statute 471.701 requires that “a city or county with a population of more than 15,000 must annually notify its residents of the positions and base salaries of the three highest-paid employees.” As of January 2025, the City of Prior Lake's highest-paid employees are:

  • City Manager $208,175
  • Police Chief $181,022
  • Assistant City Manager $177,985
  • Fire Chief $177,985
