Registration deadlines are established for each class to help provide a positive experience for program participants by ensuring appropriate staffing, supplies and facilities. Please refer to online program descriptions to find specific registration deadlines.

If you miss the registration deadline and the program date is at least two days away and there is space available, your registration will be accepted with an additional $10 late fee.

The City is dedicated to providing opportunities for everyone to be a valued customer and welcomed participant in programs, regardless of ability. Reasonable accommodations can be made, as needed, which will give the same choices and opportunities that other participants have in our programs. If inclusion services are needed, please indicate the participant’s special need during the registration process. Contact our office prior to the program registration deadline to discuss strategies for inclusion.

If a parent/guardian is not on time for picking up participants, a late fee will be assessed. After a 10-minute grace period, a $1 fee will be charged per child, per minute. If a parent is 20 minutes late, local law enforcement will be contacted. All fees must be paid before attending the next day of camp.

If a registration is canceled by the participant 7before the registration deadline, the registration fee minus a $5 processing fee per person per program is refunded.

NO REFUNDS are given if a cancelation is requested after the registration deadline or when the registration fee is $5 or less.

Refunds will not be given for days missed.

When classes have reached their maximum capacity, a wait list is started and kept in the order of the requests. Those on the wait list will be contacted if an opening becomes available.

When a program is canceled due to inclement weather, a pro-rated refund may be considered. Please visit our website for up-to-date weather information: priorlakemn.gov/weather. Sign up for text message alerts through your online household profile!

• If a program is canceled BEFORE the program START time, participants will receive an e-mail.
• If a program is canceled DURING the program time, participants will receive a phone call.
