55+ Driver Discount Program (DDP) Summary
- Defensive driving classes for adults age 55+
- Offered through Club Prior in partnership with Precision Driving Center of MN
- Held at the Prior Lake Library (Conference Room)

- Multiple classes offered throughout the year
Registration
- Pre‑registration required at least one week in advance

- Walk‑in registration may be accepted at the instructor’s discretion

Club Prior Pantry
- Food pickup hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Available to Club Prior members and the community
Donations Welcome
- Donate dry and canned goods to support your neighbors
- Please do not donate perishables or items that require refrigeration
- All donated items stay within the Prior Lake community
Limits
- Maximum of 5 items per person per week
- Get a printed calendar mailed every other month
- Each mailing includes the next two months of activities

Memory Café at Club Prior
Club Prior partners with NorBella/Lifespark Senior Living and Senior Community Services to host a monthly Memory Café.
What is a Memory Café?
- A welcoming program with new activities each month
- Designed for older adults with memory loss or dementia and their caregivers
- Care recipients enjoy activities, while caregivers may join a support group led by a licensed social worker
- Open to the community—feel free to invite others who may benefit
When
- Last Tuesday of each month
- 3:00–4:30 PM
- No program in December

Used Eyeglass Donations
- Donate your used eyeglasses at Club Prior.
- The Prior Lake Lions Club collects and redistributes donated glasses to people in need.
Memory Café & Dementia Caregiver Support
Club Prior partners with Senior Community Services to host a monthly Memory Café with a Dementia Caregiver Support Group. Caregivers may attend with or without their loved one.

- Supportive, welcoming program for individuals with memory loss and their caregivers
- Includes activities and connection in a relaxed setting

The Senior Housing Directory lists all senior housing options in the 11‑county Twin Cities metro area. It is organized into two main categories: ownership and rental housing.
Ownership Housing
- Includes condominiums, townhomes, and cooperatives
- Typically offer few or no services or personal care
- Often include shared building amenities
Rental Housing
- Includes apartments and townhomes
- Available as market rate or subsidized
- Market rate: Rent is based on local market prices
- Subsidized housing: Affordable option for individuals with limited income
- Rent is usually about 30% of household income
The directory helps older adults and families compare housing options and find the best fit for their needs.

- Professional foot care helps maintain mobility, independence, and overall well‑being
Services include:
- Foot and skin assessment
- Toenail trimming
- Fungal nail care
- Corn and callus reduction
- Diabetic foot care
